Actually, for me, it is not about age at all.  I suppose one reason I say that is because I am not exactly young anymore either.  For me, what makes the REAL difference is the particular individual, regardless of age.  I've had wonderful experiences with both the younger and the more mature and find it is more related to attitudes, personality and intangible things like that than it is to the age of provider.  Bottom line is that it is always a PERSONAL choice who you will see and when.  Treat her right and you likely will be treated right as well.  Judge not on age but on other factos.

I want to start the age old debate of the pro's and cons of younger providers versus older providers.  Looking at finally getting into the hobby in SD, do not like TJ.  Being that I am relatively inexperienced are my need better suited by an older provider or does it matter.  What are the pros and cons of both please?

It all depends. Some, like me, because of our own age or other personal reasons, like to visit more mature providers. The wealth of experience and maturity they bring is "priceless." Many times they are more reliable, consistant and better skilled. However, some prefer, as I do on occasions, the younger ones since that is about the only time us old farts are going to re-experience that youthfulness in our middle years. My suggestion, try both and see which you prefer.

They are both wonderful experiences - and at a given time, one might have a preference for one or the other, but both are the spice of life!
