I am asking for an advcie regarding San Diego area and situation with law enforcement in your area please.
I received an alerting email messages from my frineds in business
who told me that all girls in the san diego area should
register with the Law Enforcement and vice sqaud in SD in ordre to get permit to work.
That SD is extremely conservative and this is why (like Virginia in our area). That I have to get an attorneys advice much before my visit to SD.
I will contact my prepaid attorney in WashDc area for information o nthis but if you please can let me know what is in fact going on in SD I will deeply appreciate it very much.
If you please can advice me with situation on law enfrocement I will be thankful a lot.
I am travelling to work with photgrapher and if it is so serious that i indeed have to register with someone -- I will simply only work with STUDIOS and it is already plenty.

I have never heard of this. I would not see a provider that has any string to LE. I think that somebody is trying to scare you off.

Local escorts have to carry a "Nude Entertainer's" license.  Also, anyone offering massage must have a massage license. If you have never heard of it is just because the providers do not talk about it with you. That does not mean they do not exist. I do not know what the law is pertaining to traveling ladies. I am sure they can get away without the license because of the short time here. Just SCREEN your clients well.

there is an escort license in and of itself that is required by anyone going on a call for a service in the city of san diego...they must also have a nude entertainers permit...this does not make them affiliated with LE. If you are indepedent the city of san diego also expects for you to have an operators license the same as a nude cabaret that is owned by a multi millino dollar comany and costs over 3600.00 if you get caught with out it and you have permits they take them away...no they cannot fine you or jail you...if you don't have the permits or operators permit the punishment is that you cannot receive them if you apply for two years after your ticket, even if your case is thrown out of court...that is unless you are willing to hire an attorney at considerable expense to yourself to fight them to get something you did not have in the first place and they give you just three days from the date of issuance to file the papers.

The lady who warned me about having Nude Entertainer's  license for Adult Dancing and Nude Entertainer (I guess in Gentlemen clubs, etc) is required for all nude entertainers. (In adult dancing e.g.  business to get a work).

This lady is professional dancer and she advertisers herself as such on her business cards she indeed was a dancer for many years.

I am a model, and I am model in DC, in Baltimore in Philadelphia and NYC. and I can model in San Diego or Los ANgeles/
I dont have to have license to model.
