I have had a problem that staff has not answered..My last 2 reviews have been unapproved because of bad website but when I go to the site I am able to find the ladies..what's up with that?  I have emailed staff several times to try and resolve it but nothing yet..am I missing something?  My previous reviews have all made it with some minor glitches but this is the longest I have had to wait.

I fixed the address on one of the reviews (you had an extra / in there)  and the other was of a provider I had delisted a year ago.  For helping me find this I credited you 15 days anyways. :)

Hope this helps!

Was not really concerned about it because I was just trying to help out my fellow hobbyist. I was actually surprised to find that I got credited a couple of days for each review I corrected the current website for the provider. Just a thought to the people posting reviews just to get a free month, this would benefit all. Instead of putting a bogus review you could help clean up the database.

and result in the desired corrections.  These are even more valuable than correcting technical errors like websites.

Just the other dya, I was thumbing through reviews and found several problems. I made trouble reports. The next day, just because I was bored, I looked in my account manager and noticed that TER had credited me several extra days towards my membership. I had forgot that one gets credit for correcting problems. Cool!
