Many girls like to blur their face for personal reasons. I typically hear positive things about my pic's. The only negative would be in regards to looking better in person, because the blurred face doesn't give you a full feel.
Or the blurred face makes one wonder if the girl is a dog in the face.
I think girls that show there face have an advantage, even in the fact the photo is more appealing.
Eventhough any pic. can be decieving if the photos is touched up or soften to make the provider look younger by smoothing out any flaws or wrinkles.

Overall, does blurring the face turn you on or off when looking for the perfect date?
Yes, I am considering not blurring my pic's.

There are other ways to determine whether you are dealing with a bowser or a babe, like the reviews.  Picture blurring or obsuring is so common that it is not an automatic turn off.  Nevertheless, a super hot pic -- not just the face but the whole package -- can make you more anxious to pick up the phone and make an appointment.

Generally a blured face does not stop you from telling if the person is attractive.

I guess I'm an 'eye' guy. I love to see a womans eyes, they are very telling...

It doesn't really bother me, personally. While I like to see a women's face, it's not the only factor I use when I'm looking to meet someone.

I'd rather see a pic that is touched up or softened than someone who looks like they're in the witness protection program.. Although even blurred pics are okay as long as they're not hiding a missing facial part, large scar or a few missing teeth...

I think most people will realize it's a privacy issue. Esp. if you don't live in a big town.
I've seen poor girls so humiliated at school or work when someone has found out about there websites.
But there is always that wonder. What's under the blurring? Are the teeth all there...lolx

But I can't agree about rather seeing a touched up photo. That doesn't make sense. As that changes the look of the person as a whole.(Body, face and all) So they may not look like that in person at all.

Blurring is not a turn off and is good security for you ladies. For me, it also makes no difference when selecting a provider. The key, as we all know, is to see well known and well reviewed providers such as yourself.

While the blurring is not necessarily a turn off, I confess that - all else equal - the girl that doesn't would be more likely the one I would choose.  Maybe it's inline with the whole concept of TER?  Having a better idea of what you're in for?

I agree with a previous reply that if a girl really strikes you it can put her at the top of the must-see list rather quickly, and for me that's usually going to be the eyes that melt me.

How about sending unblurred pics only to those you have screened?

Jai,

Well, I would just love to see your pretty face to complete the picture, since I've been shamelessly drooling over the rest of you for so long.  But let me try to give you a helpful answer:

I think that blurring the face depends on a lot of factors, not the least of which is the fee the lady is asking for.  If we're making a smaller investment in our time together, a man might be willing to take more chances with what he finds on the other side of the hotel room door.  But if he's paying a premium for your time together, he wants as little mystery in that respect as possible.

That having been said, you are my Holy Grail and I'm dying to get started on my quest!  I've wanted to see you for soooo long and I will hopefully be calling you soon!

...on several factors.  If her website looks good (non-CL), her rates are within the acceptable range and her bod is as great as yours, Jai, then I really do not care if her face is blurred as I will be seeing what her face looks like very soon anyhow!!

I know you are very modest, Jai, but I don't see how anyone could ever possibly think that you do not posses a beautiful face given your other great attributes! However, it would only enhance your wonderful reputation to see your face in your ads,...especially your beautiful eyes!

For me and my wife it most certainly plays a huge factor in the decision.  My wife HAS to see the face.  I have wanted to spend time with you (Jai) but it is not possible due to my wifes screening selection.  Me personally, it makes me wonder what is under the blur.  I have seen girls with no face in the pic and have been greatly disapointed upon her arrival.  Thence we have only scheduled Women that we can see them in their completeness.

Touched up faces and body parts is wrong!  That is bait and switch!  Word will get out if you don't look like the pics so why bother hiding what you look like. Realness is sexy.  Airbrushing is for playboy.

I got to the point where I thought everyone was recognizing me and decided to blur.

A good friend of mine suggested that men where staring at me since I was attractive .... once the negative idea gets in your head .. it is hard to dissolve so to make things easy on my self .. I decided to blur and feel great because of it.
