I can't really speak for location as I'm not from SDiego but I do have ideas about incall locations.  Don't charge $$$+ and make us go to the NoTell Motel with the thin shitty towels, only 4-star or better. And for crying out loud, try to make the ambience a little romantic with soft lighting or a candle. The last two providers I was with left glaring lights on that didn't flatter either of them or me.  This should be a no-brainer if you're using a private residence.  Those should preferabley be upscale townhouse or condo type complexes with either a pedestrian and/or car gate.  If you can't swing that make sure you're located in a safe, nice looking neighborhood.

Websites should be honest and informational leaving nothing for us hobbyists to guess at as far as what you really look like (for real, no touch up or old pics),  your rates and what you do and what you won't do.  If you say you're the ultimate GFE then you better be DFK'ing.  If not, you don't need to say no GFE, just don't mention it.  If you charge more for some services then document it.  Also, please, no music or sound effects.  

Above all, be a professional.  Return calls and emails.  Be on time or call well beforehand if you're going running late or not going to make it.  And for godsake, make us believe you're enjoying the session as much or more so than we are.  We'll cum sooner and save you a little extra pounding.  Hope this helps...
