Some quick questions on TJ. I have not yet seen a provider, but I have read a lot on this board. I was curious though if LE can go to TJ and make arrests or if the LE down there is tight? Also I know you can rent bikes and I was curious where this was at? One last question, I know this is a lot, are there pretty girls down there during the week and during all hours? I would like to go down during the day so I can miss some of that traffic, but I am sure how it is. Ok I lied one more question, what is the normal rate for FS or the max? Thanks

Stay home and do your homework.   You don't seem to even know what the definition of jurisdiction is?  Don't even think of getting into this hobby until you pass TER 101.

A SDPD (law enforcement) officer has no authority to make an arrest in a foreign country!

Especially in Tijuana's Zone of Tolerance regarding prostitution.

Don't go to TJ it's too dangerous and dirty. Who knows, you could end up hog tied on a chicken farm. haha  just kidding. Stay in Cali. it's soooo much better here.

I know it can't be the rates! Are the women here superior to the women in TJ? I think there are beautiful women everywhere, so that doesn't seem right. Is the law easier here than over in TJ? To me this seems about even, as long as you are smart. Is there less risk of std's here than in TJ? This maybe true, but I haven't seen any information to prove it. So please explain to me why it is so much better here?

First of all regarding LE, the TJ police are not tight but they are corrupt.  I don't know the law in TJ but if prostitution is not legal, it is tolerated probably because of payola.  However, as long as you don't act like a stupid American and keep to yourself, you will probably not run into any problems at all.

I usually go to the Chicago Club and Adelitas as there are many choices at each of these clubs.  I have found it better to go down after 9PM on a Wednesday or Thursday as the ladies are not running men upstairs like an assembly line like they sometimes do on weekends.  Since I spend a few hours down there, I have never encountered any delays returning at around midnight.  I go down with a friend and usually walk back from the Zona without seeing any problems.

The cost of FS will run anywhere from $40-$80 plus around $11 for the room for 1/2 hour.  Rates for longer times are negotiable but it's typical to spend $100 for the hour plus room.

The ladies in TJ are suppose to have a health card showing that they are free of STD's (at the time of testing).
Some may question rather or not a doctor could be bribed to pass a chica.

Mike, thanks for the info. I have lived in san diego for a while and I have been to TJ hundreds of times to party, so I definitely know what the police are all about. To me though, it is almost safer to deal with the police there. Like you said, as long as you don't act stupid then you shouldn't have any problems. However if you did get into a situation, you can at least bribe your way out of things. I don't know if I want to take the risk of getting arrested here, no way of getting out of that. Plus I have to ask, why even go to providers here when they over-charge everyone anyway?

Mike is right on the money....I and my friends have spent many a memorable nights at Chicago club in my single whore-monger days!  The owners of the clubs keep the local police in frijoles and cervezas.. and of course some poontang too!

-If what you meant by this was do the TJ police prohibit prostitution, the answer is no.  The only thing that they will arrest you for is not being old enough or else pimping someone besides yourself.
