Called kelly and made a time to see her at 3:00 P.M.  Called her back to get directions and no response, no return call.  Waited around for nothing.

Always good to keep fellow members aware of potential difficulties with a provider.  Thanks for the info, and I hope you have been able to set up a better alternative.

Pity there isn't an indicator on a provider's profile how many no shows she as done.  The hobbyist could write TER and explain the circumstances, and if TER felt it as believable, they could post to a "counter" on the providers profile.  Then, if the provider disagrees or if it didn't happen that way, the provider can write TER and have them alter it back.

A review search shows 4 girls named Kelly that have recent reviews. It would be a good idea to state which one you are referring to so as not to "incriminate" the innocent.

I assumed it was the 858 Kelly (the second one), because the first was named "Kelly Ann", the third only had one review which is over three months old, and the other one has no history since March.  However, I might have made an incorrect assumption.
