I would be interested to know which providers in general are available in the mornings. I do understand this is a profession which tends to work late nights and you need your sleep as well.

Alas, I often "get the urge" in the morning when I'm well-rested. I did a round of phone calls today around 9:30-10 am or so (to providers who usually answer their phones themselves), and everyone either didn't pick up at all or told me they wouldn't start working until the late afternoon. While some offered me an appointment later in the day, I had to be at work by the early afternoon.

Same here would like to see somebody Tues around noonish.
