Pic is Kayla or I'm Frodo Baggins.  Plus the description in the 1998 review sounds just like Kayla.

Ad is ancient.  Last modified Monday, August 21, 2000 4:56:05 PM.  Got this by grabbing frame info from Netscape. Exotics keeps archived ads around for next to forever.  Note that there's no thumbnail in the present menu to the side.

I tried to send a problem report but someone (one of you?) beat me to it.
