Actually, without the "no-show" threads held on this board, I don't think anyone would have thought to post it on the suggestions/policy board.
As far as I can tell, each of the posters thought that their's was a unique situation, especially since the providers in question all had good to excellent reviews with no indication of a "no-show" problem.
With their good reviews on TER, possibly these providers have more business than they know what to do with. If such is the case, then prospective clients become like buses. There's always another one just down the road.
