I dunno why there aren't more. And no, the 'heat' would be OFF doing massage..so it does seem more likely there'd be more FBSM.

Now you have me wondering how many providers switch from FS TO FBSM? Wonder how often that happens? Or how many FBSM are certified massage therapists? 50/50? Maybe that's the reason? Not having the opportunity yet to get their schooling out of the way?

I visit San Diego periodically myself and have found it to be a vertitable smorgasbord for virtually everything.  There are several well reviewed FBSM providers...but if you're looking for an MP you may have to go to Escondido.

I agree that there are many more FBSM ladies up in LA. And it's not only the quantity, but the quality as well. The LA FBSM ladies are a dime a dozen and for the most part they are all drop dead gorgeous.

Meanwhile here in San Diego we have a few quality FBSM girls...Rhonda and Bexy to name two, but for the most part there aren't many good ones.

My theory for this is two part. First of all, the abundance in LA is due to the movie and modeling industry. All these girls come to LA hoping to strike it big and when they fall on hard times they go for the quick easy bucks rather than getting your stereotypical waitressing job. On the other hand, the lack of FBSM (and even FS) in San Diego is due in large part to the proximity of Tijuana. The "TJ Effect" to coin a new term, drives prices down which is why so many of the quality ladies don't call San Diego home.

And I'm not bringing any of this up to start a debate on LA vs SD or TJ vs SD, these are just the facts as I see them.

You are right, San Diego is not Los Angeles...thank God.  I live in Orange County and the women of San Diego are great.  FBSM..hmm, Rhonda, Bexy, Michele, Natalie just to name a few.  There may not be as many as there are in LA, but the quality of woman down in San Diego is 'top shelf'.

I have observed the very same as you.  Both DerekFisher and Robb69 make good points as to why this is true. Another reason why LA has so many more FBSM providers is because LA is significantly larger than San Diego. Also, the LE climate in San Diego, as well as in Orange County, drives providers underground.  I know of many quality FBSM providers who do not want to advertise the sensuous aspect of their massage. Many of them can be found in the SD Reader, and the unfortunate thing about that is that although you can determine that they will provide FBSM (using various code words during the phone contact) you never know whether they do a good job or if they are good looking.  That is the  However, I am always keeping my eyes and ears open for more. One thing is for sure, LA does have it going on!!

Why the hell would you want FBSM?  I mean, why not just to for the gusto?  The only time I've ever gotten FBSM is when I was ripped off.  I have never understood this and would love to be enlighted.
