Hi Guys,

Any interest my visiting in late February? I'm a mature provider from Tampa Bay. I've had the privilege of meeting a couple of guys from San Diego here in Tampa and had some requests to tour there. Please take a peek at my reviews and website and see if you are interested. I've heard you all go to Mexico.

Smiles and Kisses,
Anneke

With reviews like yours, who wouldn't want to see you?  I'll take you to Mexico if that's where you want to go.

Obviously SD has a rep for guys going to TJ as opposed to seeing their countrywomen. The rep out there is also that SD guys are notoriously cheap. This is a nationwide rep, so don't blame the SD providers.

Just the facts, maan.

I a thread on the Tijuana board entitled "Newbie Guide to Tijuana" I posted information you can all use to visit TJ.

I know many guys who enjoy hobbying on both sides of the border.  We can't see letting a line on a map reduce our opportunities.  There are many great providers on both sides of the border.

I wish Annekke would make a brief trip to TJ.  One of the things some of my friends who fequent TJ and I have commented on is that none of the SD providers ever offer their services in TJ. We find it sad.

There is no fear of LE down there, plus there are some good four star or better hotels available at good rates.  Additionally, there are some great places to eat down there.  (No I'm not talking about hotels or taco stands on Revolucion--which is the only place so many people in San Diego ever visit in TJ.) We'd love to be able to see some of the "grinas" on live on this side of the border in TJ where we are safe from LE.

I was at a brothel in TJ a week ago while visiting with a date.

Seemed friendly enough, but the cabby seemed concerned for my safety while asking for a ride to the brothel.

Doesn't a working girl have to have a special license down there.  And.. wouldn't the brothels have an objection to independent American girls?

I did see what seemed to be a beautiful blonde American lady in the brothel I visited, but I didn't get close enough to confirm.

What is legal and illegal in Mexico is somewhat complex and contridictory.  It also is a matter of local laws.  My information comes from a law student in his last year.  I think I have been correctly informed, but...

There is no law against prostitution per se.  There is a law requiring those who work in bars, massage parlors, stip clubs, etc. to have a health permit.  It must be obtained monthly, and probably would be hard for a foreigner to obtain.  (Additionaly permits are required for owners of such places.)

There are laws against pimping and pandering.  Also solicitation.  These laws are not enforced (by statute) in a Zone of Tollerance, such as around the bar area of the Zona Norte.  The short version is that any girl working the street also needs a health permit.

There is also a law against sex in public.  So don´t do it in a car and nude sun bathing is out.

However, if a girl were to met a guy in a bar and go to a hotel where she accepted money nothing would happen.

Girls do work the Internet without health permits and without any problems.  Since she is walking the street she is not soliticing.  Mexican law has not caught up with the Internet.

If an American provider were to work out of a TJ hotel she wouldn´t have any problems on either side of the border with LE.

While the subject of the law that you pointed seems right on the money from how things go down there, the matter of "payola" is not addressed.  The ladies that work the bars have their purses/money closely watched.  So much so that they even check their purses at the hotel counter.

While a lady from the US might not have any problems with LE if she went down and worked, I'm sure their would be somebody who would somehow want a cut of the action.  Whether they say this is for protection or other reasons.  Also, I'm pretty sure that you have to have a work permit to work in Mexico.  Since the activities we enjoy are a gray area by Mexican law, somebody would have to be bribed to get this permit.

Because, the use of computers and the internet hasn't quite caught up with the US yet, the independent internet providers are getting by for now.  If this became a bigger thing than it is and cut into the business at the bars, you can bet that somebody in the underground would make them pay or put a stop to it.  It's a completely different world down in Mexico!

I agree woth Burt! I travel quite a ways to visit relatives in SD and would love to see some of the ladies there. But once I am in SD, the border is so close I can see no reason to risk LE intrusion by seeing a lady on the US side. I would think a good SD provider who went to TJ and, as Burt suggested, got a room in a nice hotel, well, she could probably do that a couple days a month and have a good, safe and profitable time for herself. I suggested this on the board some time ago but got no response from any potential takers.
