I'm finding that even after reading the reviews and picking providers that are highly rated the norm still seems to be one pop and little to moderate effort. I have had several occasions that the whole session was 15 minutes or less. It seems that for $$$ one would expect much more. I'am I expecting to much?

I don't believe that is the norm.  
I know too many providers who pride themselves on satisfying their clients.
I noticed that you only have one review.
Why don't you post reviews on the providers who you feel did not live up to their reputation.  That is what this site is all about.  Then, hopefully, others will have a fighting chance at not being mislead-if they read the reviews.

Are you communicating your desire for more to your provider?
