Reviewing your history, I fail to see ANY attempt at submitting productive input to this forum - rather, it seems to me, your intent is to use this as a sounding board to air any and all of your personal grievances.  It's not a "Complaint Department" after all.  

Do you really believe your lecture will change the price structure of any provider?  It's a free market, the lady can conduct business in any way she sees fit.  Reports of out and out ripoffs are ALWAYS welcome, but you are complaining of price here, without ANY knowledge of the level of service that comes with it.

I'm sure your opinions might be better received if tempered with a little more of a moderate slant, not to mention treating people with just a bit of respect.
