Nice to see a provider going so far to contact an hobbyist to let him know of a schedule change, especially a lady as busy as Ms. Joi, star of stage and screen!  :P  Although taking down number at time of appointment would almost be de rigeur, it isn't impossible for that detail to be overlooked, so kudos to BJ for the follow up.  Customer service is a beautiful thing!

I can't count the number of girls who flake on me at the last minutes or just don't show up.  For over a year I've been saying I want to see Baby and haven't got off my lazy butt to make the drive out.  Well, I think its time.  At least I know she won't "no show" on me when I get there.
