She developed a reputation of no-showing for meetings (stood me up twice, and when I commented on it publicly I had about 9 "me too" emails from guys).  She was an amateur just in it for some quick cash.  The bummer is, I've heard from a couple of reliable sources that she was great fun to be with (which is why I gave her the second chance to not show up to a meeting).
