Just wondering how many of the guys prefer to spend their time (and money) on a regular vs. "playing the field"? I have found that I have enjoyed the company of some women more than once but I do enjoy the ability to see others quite a bit.

I have two regulars that I see at least monthly; however, they're both UTR (semi-retired) so I can't use them as current references for playing the field. It's been nearly a year since I've seen a "well established" girl, so going through the whole verification process is a pain.

That said, I do window shop the ad board daily

I think I spend half my time seeing providers I've seen before, and half with ones that are new to me. I don't know if you'd call any of them "regulars". Even with my most favorite providers, I might only see them 3-4 times a year

I have found the companion/regular I choose for outcalls. I have seen a few ladies on an incall basis a few times and am still searching for an incall regular to see on a regular basis. I prefer a companion who is true GFE that I can form a connection with. Playing the field is fun as you well know but, with limited resources I like to stick with those with a connection for the most part.

i see a girl a handful of times a year, she's a regular.

i'm about the same, 50% visits with regulars, 50% new girls.  but i am seeing the new girls looking for new regulars.

Part of the excitement I guess. I rarely repeat, but still have a couple reliable girls...help with the screening process and short notice visits. It's also nice to know what your getting into...

As I shared before on another thread, when I 1st began this journey, I made it my purpose - my quest - was to find that one person that I not only connected with, but had a special chemistry with.
My ATF.

I met a few different ladies, some were great, others were just OK.  

Then, I met HER...My ATF! I knew in my heart that I had found the one with whom I wanted to be able to spend my time with.

However, because she's very well-known & in high demand, there had been a couple of times when our schedules didn't align.  
So, rather than wait, I chose to hook up with another provider. A couple were amazing, just like my ATF. However, most of the time, they fell well short of the qualities of my ATF.

Based upon my (limited) experiences, I've come to truly appreciate everything my ATF has done for me. Each time we meet, it's so exciting! Almost like meeting for the 1st time, but without the awkwardness.

I guess what I'm trying to say is this. Since I'm fortunate to have found my ATF - Miss Eva Bliss - I'm not as interested in playing the field anymore. She's just so amazingly awesome that I don't really need to!
 

between the excitement you get from seeing new providers, and the comfort you get from a high level of intimacy with a regular.  From talking to some of my married friends, it seems when they have a wife, they have their "regular" partner, so they are more interested in seeing that "new girl" as many times a month as their hobby budget allows.  Conversely, single guys like me appreciate the value in a close relationship with a few regulars, but at the same time, we also like the excitement that comes with meeting new providers.  For me, I spend my total hobby hours about 75% with regulars and 25% new girls.  As BPJ says, the new girls will often evolve into regulars.

I like having regulars,  but I also make an effort not to get too close to them. For some reason, the more familiar I become with girls, the less raw sexual desire I have for them. And I can't even fathom having wild a kinky sex with a "companion".
