I have been thinking about getting breast implants for business reasons. I have natural 34c that are firm and perky. On my small frame I thought they were great but as a provider I was thinking about going to a D cup. So gentlemem stop by my site and look at my pictures and tell me if you think I need to go bigger.

Me personally, I like my women big up front. Implants or not, they're all good to me as long as they're more than a handful.
I have never seen you, nor have I even researched you, so every please understand the following comments are general comments about me and my preferences. I love a good set of boobs as much as the next man, and appearances are what first thing that catch our eyes, but attitude and performance are what real most of us in, and more importantly what keep us coming back again and again. While I thought my "type" would have full C's or D's, my ATF has A's, what does that tell you? But then to confuse things even more, my secode Fav is a tiny young lady with full D's (Natural). I think most prefer God given, but only if God was kind in that department. Man made are great also, but obviously the better quality bood jobs the more we like them. I've seen some that look great on pics, but in real life you see every wrinkle of the implant, or others that are hard as a rock and very unresponsive to stimulation, so be very wary of discount boob jobs. If you decide to go that route, do just like a good hobbyist, do your homework and for the most part, you get what you pay for. For us poor dumb, horny middle aged men, variety is the spice of life. Just remember, chemistry, attitude, performance - that's what brings us back for more.

You look lovely. Stick with what you have. I personally don't like falsies - particularly overly large ones and especially after they start to slip a little. In fact I screen out providers with obvious implants.

Well, personally I prefer HUGE breasts.. but everyone has different preferences. It does seem that girls with larger breasts (either naturally or enhanced) do tend to draw a higher rate... so if it is for marketing purposes... I would say the bigger, the better... if for personal reasons.. then go with whatever you are comfortable with, surgery or not.
Those are keepers. Why try to change what is good unless your unhappy with them. Some women have body frames and breasts that do not seem to match. key words (seem to match). If you think that a larger size is important for YOUR self esteem(not our pleasure) we like all female breasts, check it out. Your well being to yourself it the key factor. Sorry Guys, but at 59

Wel I have always been a natural Home grown breast man myself. Sizes of preference are 32 B/C 34 B/C.

I'd have to say that NATURAL have always seemd more beautiful to ME ... And they FEEL better to the touch as well!!
However, I believe there ARE some situations wherein breast augmentation IS a good thing ...
It can help a Breast Cancer Survivor feel femenine / more comfortable with her appearance after losing her breast(s) to Cancer ...
Also, and this, of course, is a somewhat RARE anomaly ... Some women are unfortunate enough to have been given breasts of 2 EXTREMELY DIFFERENT SIZES ... For women in this particular situation, plastic surger / reonstruction/ augmentation can do wonders for their confidence / self -esteem !! : )
Ultimately, I feel that it's a matter of being comfortable in your own skin ... Something that, unfortuantley, doesn't happen for MOST women until they are IN THEIR 30's ...
So, MY advice would be to HOLD-OUT for a couple years ...

I can't imagine you looking any better than you do. You look natural, proportionate, and feminine. The universe smiled on your body when your genes were chosen.
Sir Dickalot said it best in his post. If you really feel the need for your own reasons, than do whatever is best for you. I just look at you and can immediately think of 20 women who would pray to have breasts like yours. If you were an A cup (which I like, by the way) and wanted something that filled your clothes out more, or if you were super droopy, that would be one thing. Yours look great. Your attitude, belief in yourself, and desire to please your clients will get you more success in this business than any change in that beautiful bust could do.
Whenever I am given the opportunity to try to talk a woman out of having a boob job I will. At this point I think I am batting a little over 60% in keeping things natural.
As many have mentioned there is way more to a woman than just the size of her tits. If a guy is only interested in tits, you can never get implants big enough. It is the overall performance and a satisfying experience that will keep guys coming back or building a good set of reviews. I would doubt that the size of the tits is directly related to how a session or provider is rated.
There will always be a certain percentage of the male population who either do not care if they are real or fake, they just feel they should be as big as possible. There is also a percentage of the population that does not care about the size as long as they are natural.
The women that I have found to be the most beautiful have usually been fairly small on top. No matter which path you take you will never be able to please everyone. So in the final analysis there is really only one person that you have to please, yourself. You should never undergo any type of operation to change yourself in an attempt to please others.
One of my criteria in selecting a provider is are the tits real or fake. I prefer real and will usually not contact any provider if I think or know the tits are fake. At the strip clubs I will hardly ever get a private dance with a dancer that is not natural.

The reasons you mention are the reasons NOT to do it. You will be a provider for a part of your life, not all of your life. You are presently a provider by trade, but that does not define your entire existence. You should not make a permanent change to your body because it might make some customers more willing to buy an hour of your time. You should not even consider it for that reason as your primary motivation. If you wanted to do it because for some reason it would make you feel better about yourself then that's a different issue entirely. But your post shows that you are happy with your body as it is. To me, that should be the end of the discussion.
I havent been on this site in awhile and today I was browsing and caught your post. I was a 34B and 5' 7", 115 for almost my whole life. Then at 35 I became a 36D+ and weigh about 140. So you may still get bigger ones. Or you could try to gain some weight but exercise so that maybe the weight lands on your chest. Just a couple ideas because this is something forever and you should check out all avenues before proceeding. And I thought your body is beautiful. If you want to play with big boobs you could always play with mine. Hee hee. Stay safe, all.
