Things do come up for everyone and it is not always convenient to call at the time so I don't get upset about anything. I just don't understand why they would not write later and explain or possibly tell me if I had done something to make them change their minds. I had a great time and am sorry to the people I had to turn down. I am looking forward to coming out and playing again:) Kylie......maybe next time we can plan a spa day or something:)

I have had a great time here as usual and I am not complaining. I am just kinda confused about something. I had wanted to play and goof off so I only sheduled 6 things for this visit. I met three great people but three did not show up and didn't even bother to call. Now the kicker is that two of these people were people I had seen before. I know things come up and I am not mad but three is a high number. Is his a new thing?? I have never experienced this here before:( Just wondering.
It was an awesome visit for the fun, the cool air and a bite to eat with someone I adore! So I still go home happy:) Have an awesome week everyone!

(Even though I wasn't one of the flakes), I apologize on behalf of the San Diego hobbiests.  Flakes are my pet peeve.  We all know that s_t happens, but how could it be so bad that you would not even CALL?

Why would they do that, it's just plain rude. How much time does it take to make a call? At least give her the opprotunity to make other plans.

and like I said July and Aug are the worst months here in Sandy Eggo.......... We have lots of Zonies visiting, and for some reason, even a few of the locals here kinda flake.
But it was soooooooooo great seeing you again! And if any of the guys that flaked read this............... WELL YOU MESSED UP! Donna is so cool! OH! and to say hot! you lose!

Ok, here's my experience with DND: she's been on my PHX to-do list for years, just never had the time to see her when there. So i read she's coming to SD some months ago, and sched a visit. Says she'll be here in early afternoon, i set up an appt for 4PM. 3PM, 3:30, 4, comes and goes no answer from her cell and no call to me and of course no idea of her name or hotel. So about 6 i finally make contact, she's very appologetic about missing date says she's had a long DRIVING trip, i mean SHEESH, if you're driving and can use your cell, let someone know WTF. Anyway we set something up for early next morning 6:30AM, she says earlier the better. So at the appointed time i'm wandering the halls trying to find her room (i was in the wrong tower.. then calling room but no answer. then finding room and knocking but still no answer. finally at almost 7:30 i hear the shower running in her room and a few minutes later she opens door. says very appologetically that desk failed to wake her. blahblah etc. Had a good time but no reason to see her again.  NOTE: it wasn't me who bailed on her this time.;  I'm not that vindictive to set up dates and not show.  I'm not excusing the bgad behaviour of some people in this game, but, those who are guilty of no shows should realize how it affects others. I am not sure who this is but I don't make a habit of not being around. I did have trouble getting to San Diego one of the last times I was there but did tell people what the deal was. I had a rental car and spent four hours on the highway while they sent someone with another to replace the broken one. I always let people know if I have a problem and I have only had a problem with a wake up call once and that was not in San Diego it was in LA. All I missed was a fight home. So I am sorry if we have had any miscommunication issues and I would love a chance to talk to you or do something special for you.
