If you're not afraid of crossing the border try Mexicali.  Do a search on the Tijuana board under Mexicali and you'll find some helpful tips.  (Too bad that Mexicali is a off the beaten track as it's a much nicer place than TJ.  Less crime and the cops don't look at cars with US plates as a revenue source.)

I live in the Valley and am yet to find any action here, so I usually go to Palm Springs, San Diego or Mexicali. There is streetgirl action near the nasty looking motels on Adams in El Centro but unless you have a deathwish I would avoid like the plague.
