After reading an article today's Sunday Union Tribune about a Carlsbad escort service owner convicted of pimping and pandering, I was curious what LE can do with the names and phone numbers of the hobbyists that they found in owner's home. The article states they found a database of his customers. Is that something a hobbyist should be concerned about?

Legally, they need a lot more than your name and phone number in an escort service owner's database to get a conviction. However, LE has been known to turn over the lists to newspapers. Newspapers love publishing those lists, so it's definitely something a hobbyist should be concerned with.
