Just called Caprice today and they are on a sabatical and having some remodeling done.  No ETA for reopening.

I heard that LE busted them.  May not ever open again.
That's all I know.

It does make you wonder as it has been in operation since the
early 70's and two of the girls are some of the originals.

I never saw anything in the papers about any arrests, I hope the ladies were treated respectfully. They were an honorable group of people.

I did a search on the San Diego Union Tribune website, and came up with nothing for Caprice. At the same time, there were several "street" operations reported in the Union. One gets the impression that important people want this hushed up. I hope the Caprice ladies are all doing well.

I have been in touch with one of the ladies from there.  The ladies from Caprice ask us to keep our discussion off the boards and just wish them the best.

They are in fear the LE is monitoring our boards and might try to use it against them.
