IMHO,

    I believe it is for the same reasons that civilian women don't have orgasms. Many have been told all their lives that sex is dirty and that it is s duty. If a woman is not being or letting herself be satisfied, then how could she possibly enjoy doing anything for her partner?
    Personally, I had my first vaginal orgasm when I was 15 and was brought up in a household with a mother who taught me that if I wasn't enjoying it, there was something wrong. When I first started giving BJ's I had a caring and understanding BF who taught me how to do it and was patient enough to allow me to get used to it. Within a few months I really loved it.
    Of course he also loved DATY. I think this may have something to do with it. If a guy does not like DATY his ladies ability to love BJ's, is probably lessened. Makes a girl feel like she is just doing "her duty". I know I have had guys perform daty for me who really didn't care for it and it was less then pleasurable. These things tend to work both ways
