Adelita's is on the North end of downtown Tijuana otherwise known as Zona Norte. Take a cab there and back runs around 8 bucks each way. Have been there several times. No lap dances available. Any action takes place in the hotel next door. If you're not looking for sex, you're not looking for Adelita's.
The best source for info on TJ is www.clubhombre.com Adelitas is about a $5 cab ride from the border. It is safe for gringos. You should always, thou, while in TJ be aware of your surroundings.
