Tried contacting them a few days ago using email and text, not getting any responses. Anyone tried lately? I haven’t used them in a while so not sure if anything changed.

I had stopped using SDAG for over 18 months or so years back and they weren’t responding to my texts either so I emailed/texted them real early one morning and they responded wanting me to get re-screened 😂 again.  I then directed them to my HX account and was approved again because I had recent safety ratings less than 1 month old.  I think they make some notations if you don’t use them for a long time. Maybe giving priorities to active clients?
