He has no reviews, or whitelists, so you are really soliciting massages services, do either one of you provider's have a CMT license in San Diego County?
part of her training has been referencing in ways other than whitelists and such (which incidentally aren't all too reliable anyway). neither of us have ever or would ever see a random stranger without some kind of verification as i hope no provider who is safety conscious would. being a CMT or not is not the issue, but if u have questions of my training u are welcome to come up to me at the next social to discuss.
stay safe y'all.

this info is coming from DC where they have their own laws. link me to where it says it's a felony in the city/county of SD and i'll be more inclined to accept it as "fact" as you say miz P. seems like hearsay since there is no basis for that info nor any link to support that claim.l
from my understanding it's a MUCH less sever infraction than a felony however i am option to being wrong on this should i see some "facts" as you say. a quick search for san diego and massage laws brings little information except on regulations not punishments. i plan to do my own legwork with my lawyer and contacting the city.
FBSM can be an act of prostitution under Penal Code 647 (b). Sex, or the offer of sex, isnt necessary. Merely a lewd act which includes the touching of the genitals Providing a massage without a license in the City of San Diego violates the Municipal Code and can be a misdemeanor.
The majority of the United States require a license. Each state has different regulations and processes before someone can work as a massage therapist. The average is a minimum of 500 hours of education and a national exam.
