Awesome!  Male or female "therapist"?

I wish the providers who don't want to be involved in making the hobbyist orgasm would just simply say so in their ads or when you show up, instead of using the vague implications of language in their ads to suggest otherwise.  For example, offering a "sensual massage....you won't be disappointed" and then saying you "don't touch that" and act offended when you are asked for a helping hand is immature.  The offense taken by some masseuses providing no-O massage to naked undraped men is laughable.  Is it really shocking that he asked for a complete massage including that thing standing straight up?  Did your ad say therapeutic only?  No, then what did you expect?  Massage Envy will give you an awesome massage for $50, with no sneaking around, and without leaving you with perfumed oil you can't get off of your body.
Providers, if you are not into a happy ending or more, it seems really safe to say so, unless you are trying to deceive the hobbyist.  I know reviews make this irrelevant, but why do I need reviews on TER about therapeutic providers.  I guess I really want to say to the folks who advertise on erotic sites, Hey therapeutic providers....scram!

Because of exactly the scenario you described...so people know who delivers and who doesn't.

TOFTT is something that should be done very, very carefully, and with much communication before the meeting, so there is no disappointment...or so if there is, your review will ensure you were the ONLY disappointed client.

Better luck next time, bro.
