I was just busted by le at the empress hotel in Lajolla....he took his time setting up an appointment and also had a room at the valencia where they are also doin setups....he was naked with an out of town id and did all the soliciting...all I said was "oh is that how you would like it?" and in came the crew...this could have been avoided if i had insisted on more than the drivers license....I wanted something to prove he wasn't a cop and he offerred to get naked....obviously that doesn't matter anymore....I usually ask for all kinds of stuff and have a device that detects audio serveillance....didn't have it this time...ladies be careful and screen your clients thouroughly...don't take drugs to calls and when you get there if you get busted be nice because there is always one prick that wants you to be smart so he can take you to jail...they wrote me up and let me go....so it could have been worse....they did take my licenses though and made me sign an agreement that says I won't be working as an escort until after my hearing....
ginger sorry to hear of your mishap, your right though, you should get more then an id, I would happily show you a business card or mail from my home address to prove that i am not one of the guys that should be making our streets safe from things that are really bad, not from people that are just trying to have a good time and doesn't hurt anyone else!socalryder
That sounds so familiar. That's the tactic that LE uses to get the providers. They rarely do incalls to bust the girls. Maybe time to change your m.o. The incall does not guarantee that you won't be busted, but at least your house will not be bugged with video or audio surveillence etc. You can tell the clients to get undress first to make sure he is not wired. Unless a certain number of people complain about the traffic, it is unlikely for LE to spend our tax dollar to bust just one provider. Next, hire a good lawyer. If this is your first time, a good lawyer can drop the charge down to trespassing or some other minor offense that has got nothing to do with prostitution. Prostitution is a sex offense, and you don't want that on your record.Just a suggestion.
it was not in call it was a outcall to the lajolla empress hotel...of and business cards don't mean squat what I usually look for are predated travel documents that match I.d and or corporate or business orrespondevc between said indvidual pertaining to their stay in sd...i had not solicited or done anything simply placed money in my purse and aknowledge that I had heard his sloicitation...while he was naked with hand on penis that how he wanted his appointment to go...I said "so thats how yoiu would like it then"...and in came the troops...btw he suggested that he should get nude for me...and did so
Let me point out another thing for anybody who isn't a US citizen (that is, has a green card, other visa or plain illegal) - pleading to a prostitution or soliciting pros. (even nolo plea or diversion) can get your sweet ass deported for a long damn time, even on a suspended sentence. So make sure your defender knows what s/he's talking about here. Trespassing, disturbing the peace, is OK.
