I'm curious as to why some ladies go from stellar reviews to bottom of the barrel. I just had an experience not too long ago that left me in shock, and well very light in the wallet. Thing is that other site seems to not care about the gents as much as this one. I tend to think that ladies have a harder time get away with stuff like that here. Anyways, is it possible that someone could be a provider to long and resent what she does, to the point that she hates it?  just curious.

for all sorts of reasons.  

If she has had one too many bad experiences or has been treatly badly by her clients it can lead to burnout... It can also happen when someone compromises their own morals and do things that end up making them feel uncomfortable, or get pressured into providing services that they don't actually want to provide.  

I started out working for an agency and definitely got burnt out because of the bad experiences I had. (agencies can be kind of evil. Many don't care where they send their girls or what happens to them)

If someone didn't want to provide to begin with but "just did it for the cash"  she could also burn out.  

Girls who are high volume often tend to burn out more often than a low volume provider from my observations  

I myself have times were I had take time off and "reboot"  because I didn't have enough happiness in my "happy tank" to be able to give my clients what I felt they deserved or canceled an appt every once in awhile because my heart wasn't in it or I was distracted by personal or family issues. I was grateful that my clients understood, and even appreciated the fact that I didn't feel like I would give them their "moneys worth" at that particular time, and told me as much. I could have just put my fake happy face on and faked my way through it, but I would not have been doing right by those people that grace me with their patronage and I run on the Karma system, and in the long run its not good karma to waste other peoples time and money...  

I know of a provider who found out what her clients and even regulars were saying about her to other guys in the back channels and she quit because she her feelings were super hurt.  

Yep there are many reasons that girls burn out.

However its really unfair of a girl to see a client when she is burnt out, because most guys can tell if her heart really isn't in it, and thats NO FUN for anyone. She ends up spiraling lower and he has just wasted money for a lame experience, and some guys have to save up for weeks to see a girl for an hour and thats horrible to have the cash gone and wasted. Thats really a bummer.  

Im sorry that you had a bad experience pooh. I read it and really felt for you... just my 2cents.

Despite the fact that she used a different name, I knew who she was. I felt no need to see her current reviews because I had see her old reviews before and didn't realize they had changed. She had a terrific reputation and her reviews reflected that. It's like if I wanted to see you Goldie, I would see you based  on your reputation and the fact that you are known for having stellar reviews. It was just unexpected and a shock. Live and learn.

But PD!  Would you see a mechanic because a long time ago he did a good job for someone else.  Or would you bet on a sports team because they had a great season back in 2007?  This Hobby is all about current research for both us and the ladies.  They won't see us without current references. Why would we see them without reading their latest reviews?  I read reviews both current and ancient before I'd see a Lady. Menus change, and as you found out, sometimes level of service does too.  

While I agree with others that it's unfortunate that someone continues to Provide when they're no longer in it mentally or emotionally, it's also not a huge secret when their service starts to slide. As always, caveat emptor my friend.  

I would hope next time you would do more current research before investing hard earned coin and discovering the best days of this person were a distant memory.

It can happen and for various reasons.  I don't get burnt out with the physical part of it, it's mostly psychological for me. This is why I take a week or two off every couple of months. Dealing with screening, uncooperative guys who do not want to get screened yet still want me to see them, my time being taken advantage of, and the verbal abuse. Yes, verbal abuse. I get plenty of emails or text messages with name calling or criticizing my looks. I'm not even going to get into the reviews. All that takes a toll on some people.  This is why I take personal days so that I won't go crazy and take it out on the good guys.  

 Since I have been in this business for 10 plus years I'm pretty much set in my ways. I will not offer services that I am uncomfortable with which I did years ago because I thought that's what I was supposed to do (I'm not talking about anything unsafe).  I have a lot of rules on my site because I only want to see guys I am compatible with. By compatible I mean someone that knows what kind of services I offer and is OKAY with that. If they want some DOM play, etc. I will refer them to someone else. Doing something I'm not into is stressful and at the end of the day will cause burn out.  

Drugs and alcohol can change a great provider into a bad provider as well. With high volume also comes burnout. When I first started providing I was seeing a lot of people and got burnt out fast. I think I am a better provider now because I see A LOT less people, I do what I'm comfortable with, and I go away when I am getting tired of it.  Most important, being a happy and healthy person does wonders.  If you're not happy in your personal life it shows in your work life.  Easier said than done, right? xoxo

What a thoughtful, well-expressed post Toni. You said an awful lot in 3 brief paragraphs. And, as a guy who is polite in my dealings with all providers, I'm surprised and saddened to learn how unkind some of the hobbyists are to you ladies. Never thought much about what a problem that may be for providers. However, since you deal with a large, diverse group of "players", I suppose it should not be unexpected. It still isn't right. (BTW, I was not an English major, but I found nothing wrong with your grammar.)  

Thank you, Cobraa. I'm not trying to make anyone feel sorry for me. I chose this way of life and I do enjoy it. I'd much rather be doing this than working a civi job. Been there done that. I have met some wonderful ladies & gentleman and the good definitely out weight the bad.  So thanks to all the kind and respectful guys out there.

I did pick up on some interesting wording when I looked over my post. I'm not sure if "a lot less" makes sense, or is that an oxymoron? I know there are a few grammar Nazis out there, I always feel a little self-conscious when I post.  Ciao. xoxo

I believe providers get burned out wouldn't you after providing seeing several guys everyday for years?  

This was my career years ago & now is just a hobby, so I am excited when I get to play.  My reviews have actually evolved since I no longer see 3, or more guys a day, like I used to years ago.  I really only play once a month if that now.  Choose wisely.  I always do!

well that may be true from the provider standpoint in terms of liking what they do but unless they post current pics and reveal their current age then the payer might not agree.

like 'small head' thinking, 'money' tends to burn a hole in one's pocket. That's why we belong to TER, to make informed judgments.
