I have a friendly question: "all the finish San Diego has to offer."
Ummm is "finish" an expression or a typo?  Please enlighten me.

I love the concept of Restaurant Week, but am always disappointed in a way when I try it. It's has evolved into all the participating restaurants offering a 3 course meal for $30 or $40 (depending on how upscale the spot is). Problem is, I never eat an appetizer, entree and dessert. I love food, but jeez, I'd pop! So I always feel like I'm throwing away the good deal.

I've gone to restaurants during restaurant week many times, and it seems like the quality suffers because of the rush of diners. It's not a bad way to try out some of the $$$$ restaurants you've been curious about, but be aware they might not be at the top of their game.
