I'm going with him (maybe if I get the balls to do major surgery) to interview with a few doctors and I want to meet former clients to see how his work has lasted, healed and settles. Don't just go by photos! Check out actual patients and ask their experiences. I'm not planning this anytime soon. Likely a holiday gift to myself next year (but like I said, if I get the balls, lol).

OK, I need to talk about one of my absolutely favorite topics...boobs.  I need to start by telling you that I'm a 'boob man'...I just love the things!  But most folks think of us boob men as loving only huge boobs...I don't necessarily.  I like petite and/or athletic women, and DD breasts look crazy on someone 5'2" and 105 pounds!  IMHO, a B or C cup can be awesome!

This leads me to my 'rant'.  I'm visiting Vegas next weekend, and after making my "to-do list" of a handful of very well-reviewed women (I won't name names here), I noticed that they all had...I have no better way to say it...huge fake racks.  Don't misunderstand, they're all gorgeous women (or they wouldn't be on my list).  I'd be thrilled to see any of the 8 gals who are on my list, and I'm really looking forward to the 2 meetings I have planned.  It just seems strange that everyone's got DD's!

I searched for anyone getting only 9's and 10's in both looks and performance.  Are unenhanced gals not getting these ratings in looks (which is completely subjective)?  Do small and mid-size breasted women make mediocre escorts?  LOL, I doubt it!  Are there no unenhanced gals left in LV?  I used to see Asian Jackie regularly, but I'm starting to think she was the last A/B cup in Vegas, and she retired a few years ago.

Am I the only guy out there who likes 'em small to mid-sized?  My point, and I do have one, is this...gals, if you're a B cup and you feel that you absolutely need to go way bigger to be attractive, get over it.  There's guys who like every size, every shape.  Stay out of the herd...keep your wonderful B cups! If you do go bigger, do it for yourself, not for guys.

The legendary Nikki Avalon in LV responded to this post in LV saying she wishes she never got hers done. She wanted to go up a cup, from a small C to a D. Her top-rated LA surgeon gave her DD's, despite her request. She doesn't like them (at least right after getting them...this was a few years ago).

Oddly enough, I was a little ass and small boob guy until I met my ex. She has natural DDD's and I changed my mind with her. Body parts disapeared in those triples.

But I agree, the boob job has to be in relative to the frame size. So many times, if it is not, it screams "boob job". Ask many questions when you consult with the Dr.

The provider I mentioned has the best tits I have ever seen or felt. It can be done VERY well if the research is done correctly.

My twin wanted fake breasts a few years ago & we went to several places searching for the best DR.  She changed her mind & hopefully, I helped convince her not too.  Think about the upkeep required...

You have to have lots of $ saved up to buy a new set years later, and yours are really nice now.  Why mess with perfection?
