I personally think it stinks...not only is it selfish but it puts many of us at risk....

I think a gent would think twice about seeing someone that will not give you a reference to see another provider!

Why would a provider not want to give a reference if she was not being selfish.

In three years this if the first time I have come across this.

I also think that there should be a slot on the provider page for "gives references" yes or no

What do you all think...ladies jump in too!

By writing reviews, us gents are basically giving references. Very detailed references.
And, the ladies should do the same. That's what helps keep us safe. Safeguards against LE, protects the ladies from creeps, protects us guys against ROBs.

Thanks for your concern of the ladies cat fight, but this is not a cat fight.....this is very serious about someone not willing to vouch for someone! Wouldn't you want to know who is not willing to vouch for you if you want to see someone else.

I am not one to be jealous of anyone nor do I think my clients are mine!

terri, I too have had a few that have not returned my calls or a client has informed me thst she does not reference....you just have to work around it and most have more than one reference, i have found the ones that do not give them out never ask for them either,i do not know if she out right refused you or never recieved your contact, but like I said there are other ways to clear someone if he really wants to see you........Victoria

I am charged for every call that comes in through my phone line.  I never ask for references and don't feel I should have to give them either.  I am not full service, so what is my .02 worth anyways.  email requests are answered promptly...but most of the time I am getting calls from women who not only want me to call them back, but also want me to call long distance too!  Yea, I'm cheap, but I don't charge $300+ for an hour...either.

..and women who require references, should also be willing to provide references.  I have had ladies require I give them references and then after a good time together, they will not provide another lady with references.  Are they trying to keep me to themselves?

the opinion of the gents as I feel he should know who has common courtesy to others. These ladies that refuse to give references should be known, that's why I suggested that it should be on there profile! so we all know who they are!!!!

I can understand the need to maximize comfort level, but there are enough providers who do not require references that I have never been with one who does require them.  That is another benefit of visiting Tijuana, where the only "reference" one needs is some dinero.

I ALWAYS REFERENCE...this is a great way to meet new providers and see who the client has seen, If you cant reach me by phone, which is unlikely, then email me, either way, I give out reference ALL THE TIME!

Most of us have had the request for a reference.  I have been uncomfortable with both ideas.  I like references but I don't like the idea of the lady I have seen thinking I was not happy with her the last time, I know I need to get over that - Variety is the spice of life.  I would like to see some type of universal rule ,not that it will happen but it is a noce idea.  I have always tried the alternative to references: Complete Name, Work Number, WorkWeb Page, Business Card, Address on CDL and First Born etc.
