What would cause a well-reviewed provider's profile and all the reviews to be pulled?

If a provider has problems or decides to retire, TER will pull their profile.

Note to providers, once it's pulled at your request, it won't be reinstated without a STRONG persuasive argument to Staff.

.....if they are pulled for a specific purpose and you let TER know ahead of time that you will want them reinstated, it will be done with few if any problems. Example: A provider asks TER to pull reviews for 2 months due to personal problems such as child custody or divorce or whatever. But, the provider has to let TER know upfront that it will be for only a certain amount of time.

Perhaps it was because she was getting unwanted attention from vice. That could be it. Just an idea anyway.
