Problem hooking up with a flakey provider

What is the usual etiquette that others in this group use when a provider isn't at her incall location waiting for you when you have made an appointment, confirmed, sent all of the info that she wanted (way more than you feel comfortable with), and even changed a few appointments to accomodate her schedule.  While the provider used a different name previously about a year back this is the second time this has happened.  I'm not going to make the same mistake a third time and try to reschedule, but I'm pissed that I wasted a half of a day for a girl who didn't have the common courtesy to leave a message that she couldn't make it (she required a phone number where I could be reached supposedly in case of such an occurence).

I know you're right, but this provider had great reviews, and I saw nothing regarding her doing this sort of thing, except for my previous personal experience.  Of course, after this last episode I realized, I was definitely dialing a wrong number.  I know plenty of pros with ethics, but the reviews tempted me...again.

Only way to change her is to "out" and when her business suffers maybe she will remember that this business is about customer business!!!!!!!!!!!!!
