A guy by the name "Rob Scannell" from Bonita possible LE. Couldn't verify his business ( he says he works in Mexico) Wants girls to vist him at his place of business in Bonita which you can get a ticket for just showing up because you are not suppose to work in South Bay without a license. My sixth sense says to AVOID! His MO is that he has never called  anyone before and that his friend referred him and when I asked who his friend was he gave me a name that I didn't know.
