do you let the counter party know well in advance or wait till the last moment hoping you will feel better?

If the illness can be masked (i.e. not strep throat, cold or flu with symptoms that can be subdued), many hobbyists won't ever bring it up. Sad but true.

A responsible provider will take some sick time off, even at the expense of lost income.

If either party is able to track something contagious back to one another, I don't even want to imagine the aftermath.

I would never provide while ill, or under the weather because I have gotten sick from a client & did not appreciate the down time.  No insurance, so the costs of Dr. & meds can be irrate.  Guys be considerate if your not feeling well.

I gargle with Apple Cider Vinegar morning and night
I brush my tongue and teeth with PEROXIDE after each appt
I add lemon to a glass of water EVERYDAY
Most providers dont have insurance BUT there are HOLISTIC WAYS to take care of yourself.
As a provider, we Must take PRECAUTIONS so that even if we encounter someone who is sick, that our immune system can fight for US.
Personally, I havent caught the common cold in 2 and a half years but I couldnt imagine seeing a gent while sick Im a BIG BABY when i get sick and thats NOT SEXY.

I was more concerned about what the hobbyist should do regarding maybe something is coming on and what to do regarding the appointment. Be safe and cancel early or hope it goes away and keep the appt.
