You got to just wonder what this jokers up to.  It seems like he has some sort of inferiority complex given his propensity to report that his encounters always happen in Del Mar. Then the providers he's reviewing are clearly ingenuine at best, yet he portrays them as second to none. I'm beginning to agree with Rugburn on this one... he's probably not LE, but some sort of pitchman instead.
