To the business travelers:
If I'm not available on the day/evening you're looking for, it never hurts to try the day of, once you've arrived and checked in. Especially with the crazy weather around the country, flights get delayed, connections missed and people sometimes catch a cold. Calling while you're still planning your trip is always the safest bet, but, hey, ya never know and no harm in trying.
