99% sure this is a ripoff.  all of her reviews are first timers in three different cities. All of the reviewers have similar name structures. One reviewer "glofman..." piped up on the phoenix board about a san diego ripoff using a phoenix area code. Caution....make an appt just to piss her off, but don't hand over any money!
