It's been trending for years. Not just in TER reviews, but the business in general seems to be pushing out the middle class of providers. The higher end providers always had fewer reviews for a number of reasons (not because they were low volume). Now it's mostly low priced Asian agencies getting reviews. There are just fewer mid-range independent providers with a TER presence and desire to have reviews than 5-10 years ago.
I checked out new reviews in San Diego. On page 1 there were 15 reviews. 9 showed different cities which I assume are traveling agency gals. 5 showed San Diego. Oh, and one TS. I understand it. The rates are was lower than independents with generally good looks and service. My how things have changed in 10 years.
