There was a thread elsewhere concerning emails, that it makes the women more comfortable if there's a short bio or something about you to put them at ease and let them know who they're meeting. Apparently they get a lot of one liner emails: "Hey can i come see yuo today?" (typo intentional
) that probably will cause you to be passed by. I have NO IDEA if this is the situation, but it has been posted by a provider and got lots of agreement by others in the forum. Hope that helps!

i think of this as Jai's board because she rocks it on a daily basis and makes everyone feel comfortable being here, i find it one of the friendliest TER boards)
