Called Precious and made an appointment for 3:30.  When I called as instructed she indicated she would need another 20 min and would call me back.  After an hour and 20 min I called a second time.  This time she said she would call right back.  Never heard back from her.  FYI YMMV

While she was late, she called to let me know and did show up for our appointment.  She even let me move the appointment to a site that I was more comfortable with than her original choice.
