I am available most days or nights and I am pretty flexible. I tend to stay up late and sleep late but thats what alarm clocks are for so dont hesitate to ask for early appointments.   I do have some other responsibilities so as much notice as you can give is great.  But sometimes I am ready to go and got no place to be.  So you can always take a chance.
