I agree with Jai.  If I can see you in person, why would I waste money on a web site?  THen again I am sure that some would pay for it if the fee is rather inexpensive.  I would think that it would be in your best interests to put some nice, hot pictures of yourself on your main web page for guys to look at.  Jai...you have some AWESOME pics on your web site...love the ice cream melting on your ass!  Mya...what guy doesn't like a hot blonde, big breasts and an incredible smile?  What more do I need to see other that what you have on there?  Just my two cents

I do not and never will pay for a site membership.  If I simply want to look at pictures there are plenty available for free.  If I want a video, I can but them for less than a membership.  So, at least to me, memberships are a waste of money unless there's something very specific I'm looking for...and, at least as of yet, I've never found anything that special.
Don't get me wrong Jai and Mya, you're both gorgeous ladies and I would love to meet you but paying just for the 'privelege' of just looking is not exactly my cup of tea.

Geeeez, no!!!  It's an unwritten rule "not to buy a membership to a providers site",  matter of fact, it's now such an important rule that we have to write it down...it's on page 27, paragraph 2 in the guys hand book of "Doing What We Do, Without Actually Doing What We Do".   I'd let you look at a copy, but its only available to us guys who do what they do!!

back in the day, I subscribed to a few sites just to see what was out there.  Some ladies have extra content (pics, videos, text), some have weekly chats, and some have 24x7x365 webcams installed around their house, lol.  With most ladies, you can tell the intent for offering membership is to strictly a matter of cash flow, rather than meet and greet, which is why I think most male subscribers stay at a site.  We're lonely, the payout is small by hobbyist standards, and it's safe as long as you don't drool on the keyboard excessively or throw your monitor out the window if the bit rate speeds aren't high enough during key moments of the weekly chat (note Officer, that wasn't my extended keyboard, it was somebody else's).

My best advice is too keep it real, remember the subscribers are people too.  Otherwise, you may be haute hot chaud as all get out, but you won't have many regulars.  

oh and hey, it's not like I suddenly saved a lot on my car insurance, but am I unmoderated on TER again!  whoooo whooooo.  (ahem).... that's another reason to subscribe to a lady's site, lol.  You can be a lot more open in some places.

...but I have no interest in spending $$$ for a membership to a provider's site. In my case, it's not an affordability thing, just a personal preference. I'll invest my $$$ in the real thing - there's plenty of free porn available online if I want that.

I have bought memberships on a few, but always let them lapse after a month.  For the same money, you can get access to the megasites with 500,000 pics and movies of 1,000 women.

After looking thru a few photoshoots of one person, I'm usually done and ready to move on to greener pastures.

It would be hard for an individual to update enough each month to keep my interest.

I just read your post more carefully.  I think a webcam would be fun with someone I've seen.  Sometimes you're just too busy to set up an appointment, but it would be nice to have a little quick encounter from the privacy and convenience of home.  I think that MOST of the providers I've seen I would do this with.  So, good idea there.

It has been my experience, AFF and CL that if you are asked to join a site even a free one that there is no person attached with the request, just a business looking for $$$

absolutely.  but you have to offer some value.  What not to do?  See Bridgette or Austin's sites.  $15 (I think) / month to once in a great while see them disrobe (no - I do not mean strip) down their underware.  Then there's the hours of their kitchens or their pets.
