What's up with providers who don't have reviews?  Do most hobbyists go with providers who do have reviews or do you take a chance with providers who don't have reviews?  For the ones who don't have reviews, how do you assure yourself that you're not walking into LE or just a rip-off?  I'm talking specifically in San Diego.  There's a lot of tempting providers but no reviews.  I just want a good experience for my $$.  Any advice?

I only see ladies with reviews.  This way I know what to expect and have very little concern about being ripped off.  If a provider has no reviews, I will check around with other hobbyists and providers to see if she is legit.

I strongly urge you to stick with a reviewed provider!  You have some idea of what you're likely to experience with a gal if you call a provider who is consistently reviewed by several guys.  Unreviewed = total crpshoot (with a high likelihood of a bad experience).

If you really, really want to enjoy your time - do your reasearch and find a provider with excellent reviews. That's the best way to find what you are looking for!!

I've just posted 2 more.  I made the mistake of taking 2 for the team.  Bad mistake. I learned my lesson and will only go with well-reviewed providers.

There is the perennial newbie problem to consider. How does a new provider get reviews if she is new to the business? Likewise, how does a new hobbyist without references get a date so he can get references? For that matter, how do you get your first job anywhere when everyone demands experience?

It's a tough hill to climb but persistence and earnestness pay off eventually.

The heavy player hobbyists will probably be the most likely to TOFTT and enlighten the rest of us; new/occasional guys should wait for their experiences and rely on existing reviews rather than take chances.

New hobbyists need to expect to give out a lot of personal info for screening if they don't have a track record, and not bitch about it.

Security first.

yeah...at least speaking for myself, as a guy with limited funds, i understand the appeal of TOFTT and finding a jewel, but the odds are so low, i've never done it myself and probably would never with TER around.
