Plan ahead.  She seems to prefer a comfort level with the guys she meets, and calling her the day before doesn't cut it.  

Go to her site, read up, and start an email conversation.  She likes to connect and understand people prior to the date.  I've never had the pleasure of meeting her in person, but she's on my short list of top 3 fascinating women to meet.
