New year's resolution

At the start of 2003 I vowed to put one dollar into a my stock portfolio for every dollar I spent on this hobby for the year. I did this in hopes that it would cut down on my hobbying money so that I could slowly wean myself off of the hobby altogehter. But with the market up over 25% for the year and with the amounmt of money I invested I've made a killing and it didn't turn out to be the dose of medicine I needed. So my resolution for 2004 is to give one dollar to charity for every dollar I spend on the hobby. That way at least if I'm sinning I'm doing good at the same time.

I'm curious what other people's resolutions are concerning this hobby...whether it's cutting back, seeing a ceratin provider, etc.

Happy New Year to all!!!!!!!!!!

Each year I resolve to spend less time hobbying and more time doing something worthwhile and constructive. In fact, I've given it up a few times without much success. This New Year's, I plan to make a resolution to stop hobbying altogether. Let's see, that resolution will go into effect at 12:01 am on January 1, 2004. By my calculations and based on my past performance history, I should be calling a provider by 12:02 am on January 1, 2004, if not sooner. Any takers on this bet?
