Now I don't know if he is lying about Judy or not.  And I am not trying to say that Judy is a STINKING BADGE but I do find it MUY suspicious that this hombre QUENCHER wrote a favorable review on Heather.........

I have seen several posts about la policia doing providers just for "undercover work" to "infiltrate" an illegal activity and never once mentioning to the girl that they were blue shields.
