Do daily work-outs affect your performance in a good or bad way?teeth_smile

Of course it varies for many. Some with health issues may not be able to work out at all.
If you have a daily work out routine, does it help or hinder your performance for that day?
Ultimately does a big 'pop' come as a relaxing release? (nappy time)
Or is it like a great round of golf that gives you an exciting 'pick me up' for the day?
Clears both heads sort of speak. ;)
Luv to share.
BIG KISS,

While I don't work out every day, I do both weights and cardio several times a week. I think it usually helps more often than not. I usually have more energy after working out that I can then use for other activities LOL!

Jai working out definitely helps....especially if you supplement after with glutamine and ZMA and protein drink....trust me guys...Oh, as far as big pop stack with Maximumpills.com  It will be memorable.......

Best Regards

Working out in general, when I'm in that cycle (ussually spring and summer before Football season kills my motivation), helps with overall stamina and personal confidence in my opinion. When I'm in workout mode, I get better sleep, greater flexibility and just feel better about my mind and body which leads to better sex.

For me, 'Golf' and 'Great' don't go in the same sentence, but that does stop trying, however futile that may be.

But, I love the back nine...Hope we can get together so you can work on my grip, stance and follow through. Let me know if I can get a tee time.

licking ice cream off of Heavenly Ms. Jai's posterior!  That way I get my daily intake of carbs and also burn then off instantly!! Que linda muchacha!!

Jai Baby - nothing like a nice bike ride, a roll in the hay with you and a liverwurst sandwich to make a guys day complete. For moi, endurance activities = increased horniness, anaerobic strength training makes me sleepy. My $.02. See ya soon I hope.
