Of course it varies for many. Some with health issues may not be able to work out at all. If you have a daily work out routine, does it help or hinder your performance for that day? Ultimately does a big 'pop' come as a relaxing release? (nappy time) Or is it like a great round of golf that gives you an exciting 'pick me up' for the day? Clears both heads sort of speak. While I don't work out every day, I do both weights and cardio several times a week. I think it usually helps more often than not. I usually have more energy after working out that I can then use for other activities LOL!

Working out in general, when I'm in that cycle (ussually spring and summer before Football season kills my motivation), helps with overall stamina and personal confidence in my opinion. When I'm in workout mode, I get better sleep, greater flexibility and just feel better about my mind and body which leads to better sex.
For me, 'Golf' and 'Great' don't go in the same sentence, but that does stop trying, however futile that may be.
