If a client brought a provider to him, or traveled with a provider, they could probably nail him.
But the independent providers who opt to initiate their own travel would be a stretch.
I suspect something more along the typical streetwalker/john type bust scenario, i.e.-work off the concept of embarrassment of going to trial. Plea bargain, etc. Recall the whole TBD situation? Several people ruined, but ultimaely the whole thing got tossed.
